Suggest you read the first post of this comprehensive thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/lufth...on-thread.html from the LH forum. You can use either of the Business Class lounges at gates B24 or B44, and/or if you have *G status or SEN status the Senator Lounge at B43.
