Anybody hit by the Facebook you've won the lottery scam?

Every time I go to one website on my iPhone I get a page or two in and am then hit by a popup for the "you've wine the weekly Facebook lottery" scam. Only that page, and only on safari so I think the issue is with the page and not my phone.

The symptom is my browser is frozen and the solution is to restart my phone. Closing safari isn't enough. Really annoying.

Anyone else seeing this?
