Just flew through BRU two days ago. I arrived on UA and connected to SN so that was Terminal B to A. The walk didn't take long though parts of it are under construction which made for some frustrations. There was also an annoying bottleneck at the security checkpoint in A though passport control was a breeze. A has a lot of restaurants and bars and is a very pleasant terminal minus the aforementioned construction. As to lounges:
- The Loft by Brussels Airlines: Excellent lounge. Showers, nap rooms, good spread of food and drinks, helpful staff, business center and tarmac views. One of the best Star Business lounges I've been to
- SAS Lounge. I was surprised to find this lounge. It's small with a pretty limited food and drink selection. There are windows though and it had all of three people in it while I was there.
- Diamond Lounge A (PP Lounge). Dingy. It's on the ground level with the bus gates (by A30) and it has a very limited food and drink selection and an assortment of old furniture.
My layover was 2.5 hours and it wasn't bad at all.
