I know, they do, which I find pretty amazing. Mind you, they often set the office temperature to 28 degrees in Japan so maybe not.
In 'the west' 28 degrees is recognised to be warm enough to cause reduction in work efficiency, but I do wonder if it affects them that way at all if they find 24 degrees too chilly.
It must be that the temperature is perceived different from those of us who live overseas. Mind you I like it a bit chilly nowadays anyway.
Oddly, I can't remember feeling too hot in JL F. It's usually just further down the back that I find it to be too hot.
