One crew member asked me before serving the lunch if I wanted to be woken up for breakfast at 06:00 am, what I politely declined. Then I don't understand when they first ask, but then still wake you up?!? It shows that they don't have their act together and is not about a high standard.
This was one year ago as a comparison very, very different. The EK experience is not anymore what is was. See also many other comments in similar posts who seem to confirm this. But as I am reading EK is on the way changing that again through training etc. Lets see...
