Which Fairfax VA Residence Inn?

Will be driving to Route 7, Vienna every day. Prefer to stay in Tysons Corner but this is a MR points stay the entire week.

or

45250 Monterey Place Dulles, VA 20166

The third choice has a Target and Wegman's within walking distance. I love that area but it's farther away from Route 7, obviously.
