Now in the 3rd month of waiting for the TD Aeroplan visa infinite 25K bonus points after making required spend in April. After first statement generated called in and was told that my AE number was correct and that this was a known bug. Was also told would be manually applied and would show up on June statement. June statement - no bonus. Called in again and spoke with supervisor who apologized and said again it was a known problem with some accounts. Compensated me with 5K bonus to be applied with other 25 K. Next week the July statement generates. Wish me luck? Any recent similar situations which have recently been rectified to give me hope???
