This reminds me of the Malaysian Chicken curry at T5 GC. You know people from HK are not a big fan of Western Chinese food but i was so impressed with this offer that I wrote in the feedback iPad that I give a 'salute' ti whoever who made it!

Also do not look down on the Scottish salmon starter at CCR as I ordered three plates!
