Sorry in advance if there is already any related post on the subject but my search did not return any result...
I booked hotels through the KLM website on booking.com on a few occasions this year already. During the booking process you are required to enter your Flying Blue number which I ensured I did each time.
The publicity goes as follows "
As a Flying Blue member you can earn Miles with Booking.com. Earn 1 Award Mile for €1 spent without having to become a member of any hotel award programme. The Award Miles will be credited to your Flying Blue account after your stay in a hotel booked via Booking.com."
Unfortunately I have never received any miles for those bookings after completing my stays. Has anyone been successful? Does anyone know if there are any extra requirements to earn the miles? How long do the miles usually take to post (my first booking was 4 months ago, the last one was 4 weeks ago)?
