I've asked for AGENT (which has to be done several times, now). But, have not used the AUTO UPGRADE option, until yesterday.
Under the old system, you would give your flt. # and date; there have been a few instances (?)[particularly at T-3/4, where I "tweaked" the system and secured the upgrade]--in any event (if no upg.), the voice message assured me that I was being placed on the AIRPORT list.
Under the new system, it tries to locate an upgradeable flt., it merely tells you that NO upgrade has occurred*--without any assurance that you are being placed on the airport list.
*without noting the flt. involved.
