budgetair.co.uk date confusion. HELP!!

Dear Fellow Travellers,

I really need your help on this one

My Dad went to budgetair.co.uk put in LTN-TLV 24/09 through 7/10, it quoted him a price, he went through the payment process (which took a few minutes) once that was complete he got a confirmation page for 13/7 through 20/7.

No idea how this could happen and these tickets are useless to him. Both him and my mum have work commitments which they can't change on such short notice, not to mention the fact that they wanted to book for 2 weeks but ended up with only 1.

Elal aren't interested as it was booked through an agent, budgetair.co.uk don't want to know as they claim they processed what he requested. What can I do?

Their website states the following...

Is Budget.co.uk member of ATOL or ABTA?
Answer
Budgetair.co.uk is not a member of ABTA or ATOL, however, rest assured your bookings are protected. Travix International is fully IATA accredited and the CAA (who governs the ATOL license) provides IATA agents, meeting their criteria, to act as an ‘airline ticket agent’, which means that an ATOL license is not required. If we source a fare via an IATA accredited flight consolidator, your purchase is protected under that consolidator’s ATOL license. Please see http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=27&pageid=13227. For more details, please refer to the footer section of our home page of www.budgetair.co.uk. Budgetair.co.uk is an IATA member, giving us access to over 200 IATA airline members in order to give you the best fares and the best choice of airlines.
ABTA protection is for travel companies who are selling package holidays. A package holiday is a holiday that consists of two or more elements, e.g. transport and accommodation, that are sold to you as a package at an inclusive price. Also, Budgetair.co.uk is part of a very large organization, Travix International, a global player with many brands around the world. You can have confidence in booking your travel with Budgetair!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as the change fees are almost as much as the value of the tickets, and obviously they don't want to just write off so much money due to a web processing error.

Many thanks in advance ^
