I book through Virtuoso so their rates aren't ever sub 22,000 but I feel the hotel is worth the money I pay. I can understand those of you who used to stay there for cheap and can't imagine paying market now.
If virtuoso could get me consistent <¥30,000 (including T&S) I'd become a faithful convert, <¥35,000 on weekends would be fine as well.
Just point me in the direction and the've got a customer. But I've believe the hype when I see the numbers.
