Just to say that I have just completed the most awful stay at this property.
- Check-in - three agents when I join the queue, then one goes away, then comes back and fetches another leaving one person on duty. Queue is 10-15 people long at this point.
- Get served having chosen to select me room in advance on the 9th floor. Moved to 3rd floor. No apology or explanation.
- Get to room and it has two small beds, not the king booked.
- No upgrade for HHonors Diamond. No in room amenity.
- Room is disability friendly room - no bath
- Air conditioning not working as it doesn't think the room is occupied. Call Reception, told to wait and then spend time whilst the agent chats with a guest before she comes back and agrees I can have air-con. Takes 5 minutes to work.
All around a staff that couldn't careless in a hapless property. I have three bookings in the next three months. Hoping a call from the GM comes today as promised.
Complete opposite experience from the one I had at this property late last year.
