ScottC hit it. Make sure you are on internet3 with the VPN plan. One thing though, at least when I switched to unlimited internet you needed a $39 a month or great voice plan to get the $19 data plan I as I recall. TMo can obviously clarify this. By the way, they have special tech people for data and they are pretty good. They have even helped me with some problems in programming a non-TMo phone which I dont consider them under any obligation to do. They went out of their way to help a customer (anyone in the airline biz lurking? )
