In Doha you will get access to the QR business lounge (or at least I did a few months back) which is a vast lounge with two catering outlets - Hot buffet and a bar on the upper floor and a sandwich bar on the ground floor where staff will create individual sandwiches (ala Subway) from a range of ingredients.
