These are fifth freedom (i.e., tag on) flights ultimately from or to Gatwick or Heathrow, but with an intermediate stop. So they are operated by a 777 or a 747. Some have first class.
The other place to look is in the Middle East, e.g., AUH-MCT, and there is DOH-BAH as well. But they are not well timed.
