called on arrival+ 2 weeks ago, spent about 10k, would not waive fee unless I downgraded. Downgraded to regular arrival.

called on Aviator Red today, spent about 10k this year, said that I don't see the benefit of both with my citi card. Said they will waive the fee this year, and see how it fits my needs.
