Hilton has by far the most generous system-wide promotions of all the chains going on right now. There may be something delaying points posting, and it isn't the end of the world. IT glitches happen. I'm not sure why they didn't respond to your e-mail, but we also have a dedicated rep here that I'm sure would take care of your request in a timely manner. If you are diamond, I can't think of a time in many years more than even an hour has gone by before the diamond desk responded to and resolved my requests similar to this.

I've been very critical of how HH has rolled out the diamond wifi benefit, and of the speed of the wifi itself. But to find fault with them over points and promotions (2x bonus for 6 mos, and now the 5K stay), and the speed in which they post seems rather disingenuous to me. They do have more going on than all the majors right now. I'm also starting to find it nauseating when I read people's .....es about no "targeted" offers. IMO, they've more than made up for it with the parenthetical promos I mentioned above.
