Fair play to them, I'd say they're getting on top of this now. I'm now up to date with all but 2 of purchases I had to claim for and more importantly it looks like they've made changes to ensure that future purchases are tracked.

It's noticeable that it opens a new window when clicking on the retailer and that probably helps the system record it.
