Thanks for bumping this. We are headed to texas for a few weeks and I have a DSU applied to the Hyatt regency austin. the nice thing is the suites there allow a double bed in the connecting room. Not sure if a rollaway will fit but i will update after our stay.
We will also be staying at the Hill country resort, we opted for a hill country suite and another room with two doubles. Unfortunately the rooms don't connect but we will just have our older children in that room.
