Sounds like your Windows hosts file has been altered.

In the directory windows/system32/drivers/etc you will find a file called hosts. All it needs to contain is this line:

127.0.0.1 localhost

plus a whole load of line started by a #

You'll probably see entries for the websites that are not working, just completely delete them.
