Could you imagine how our trip was like ? 7 days in Switzerland- Austria we have to buy all the things!(all necceesary) we have to wear old clothes repeatly .............the email and number they prepared couldnt be reached at all!
until now, 2 weeks passing.....we havent recieved any bags. we contacted thier baggages dept email and no response, so we called in and found out that they send our luggage to Switzerland (OMG!) altough the irregularity report written to be sent to our permanent address in Bangkok!
our Family trip were destroyed by Etihad and still destroy our working moods afterwards!
I really fail with Etihad and swear not to use them again.
