I'm a windows based person and have been playing with all four big services (Napster, Rhapsody, iTunes, and BuyMusic.com).
For streaming, I like Rhapsody the best. The interface is a bit more user friendly than the others. You can't copy your tracks to a portable though. This is where you could use BuyMusic, and buy the tracks you'd want to copy to your portable device. Hopefully Rhapsody is working on adding a download to portable feature.
itunes is decent, but without an iPod, I don't see a reason for using it.
Overall, Napster gets in the nod as the best in my book right now. Streaming is good, the UI needs a bit more tweaking, but the killer is the ability to copy downloaded tracks to your wma friendly portable.
Since both Napster and Rhapsody are only $9.95/month, I'll think I'll keep subscribing to both for the time being.
But if Rhapsody doesn't get moving on the portable front, I think Napster is going to win my bidness...
