Not quite sure this comment is fair. Pretty much the number one reason to stay in a hotel is to be able to sleep, especially at an Airport hotel! If the hotel did indeed have 3 calls to security to try and sort this out and actually kicked the guests out eventually I think some responsibility does lie with the hotel for not sorting this out when first reported!
If the OP had done nothing and just complained the next morning then I agree nothing would be due, but they actually alerted the hotel to the issue and the hotel failed to do its job in dealing with this.
As for is a full refund due I doubt they have a case through the credit card company but certainly at least a partial refund or points for a nights stay should be offered.
As for your TV not working in the room I am curious did you report it and they send 3 engineers and fail to fix it each time and then just as you checked out replace it with a working one. If that happened to me I would actually be complaining and not be very happy!
