I would also support a "for sale, swap, trade, etc..." either in Travel Technology or as a separate board.
As for potential liability issues, I am sure that any attorney who would be clever enough to raise the issue would also be clever enough to write a suitable disclaimer.
We're talking about items, that, for the most part, will have an average selling price of less than $250 (laptops being the only exception that leaps to mind).
I could, for instance, see a lot more potential liability in Coupon Connection which seems to exist just fine.
