I gave up on Evex when they left their Spadina location. I now take broken luggage to The Bay's luggage department. They send it out. If you bought it from them they may consider it a warranty repair. I have been pleased with the quality and speed of their service. You can call to confirm and they should be convenient. The Bay sells more luggage than anyone in the area. If that doesn't work, try K. Jamson
