Have you tried to find this information on the resort's website?

If you're using a real live human travel agent, ask this person to find the information for you, including by contacting the hotel directly to ask if necessary. Within reason, this is a request that a decent travel agent should do for free if they're booking your trip (or hotel) and collecting a commission for the service.
