There are a couple Brussels Air lounges, at least one in each terminal IIRC.

They aren't much, but a better seat and something to drink or a little snack. I think last time there it was 30 mins free wifi. I've always just gone to the lounge.

I've done the pier transfer and don't remember it taking very long, but can't be more specific, sorry.

Also, my brother-in-law claims there is a good bar with a nice selection of Belgian beers somewhere in the airport. I've never looked for it, and thus never found it .
