Online Travel Agency. Examples include Orbitz and Priceline, but there are countless others. I'm not familiar with Norwegian/Swedish OTAs but surely there is one that works on Norwegian and doesn't charge a credit card fee, or 25% more for paying in your local currency.

While you can earn CashPoints on OTA bookings, you cannot redeem them to reduce the price of your ticket (as you can on Norwegian's website), nor can you use a campaign code for special pricing.
