Has anyone used this protection on a mattress before? I'm looking to purchase a new mattress, and it seems like the mattress industry is not only extremely convoluted (same manufacturer selling same model with 20 names to different retailers), but it also seems like it's also an extreme nightmare to return/exchange a mattress.

I really can't decide on which mattress to buy because most people it seems have issues of sagging after about two years of ownership and the mattress companies of course always deny the warranty because of how deeply the sag has to be for them to cover it, whether it's painful to sleep on or not.

So, before I make such an expensive purchase, (I didn't realize they cost between $1200-$2000+ for a decent set!!) I thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience so that I can at least try to protect myself somewhat. Thanks in advance!
