I would only consider a taxi from ORY. A taxi should not cost more than 30€ to 35€ and would probably be less. The problem with Uber pickups at the airport is one of knowing where to meet your driver.
Taxis will charge, above the metered fare, 1€ for the second and subsequent bag placed into the trunk. There is no need to tip taxi drivers.
