My guess is that the child policy will be enforced. I stayed at the other JW a couple of years ago without kids and the lounge dragon is keeping an eye on everyone.

I read some reviews of the new JW from the Chinese FT site: the location is in the middle of a lot of building sites (far far away from DT Shenzhen and checkpoints to Hong Kong), the hotel is still smell of building materials. They were disappointed by the brand of TV they used. This put me off a bit especially the location, that was the reason why I didn't stay there last time I was in Shenzhen.
