Has anyone booked a ticket on Alaska using your kms? Just tried to book a trip SEA to PDX and was told that no one flies between those two cities. I said Alaska does every half hour. She said it had to be American for a domestic US trip. I said Alaska is listed as an affiliated airline on LAN.com. She said it had to be a oneworld airline.

Who is wrong? LAN.com or the agent I spoke with? I've used Alaska miles on LAN, now I hope to do the reverse.
