booking not showing up in my account
I redeemed miles online for my husband. I'm trying to cancel it now.
I can't go to "manage my account"-->"my bookings" and find this booking. However, I can find it if I click on "manage my booking" button in my email.
The problem is that the page that "manage my booking" button takes me to doesn't seem to have a link to the cancelation page.
Is it because the booking is made for someone else using my miles? Is there any way to cancel online rather than having to call?
