That's debatable. For me the best lounge (TPR aside) is the QF Lounge. Massive space and made-to-order food and a manned bar make it all the more special for just a business lounge. SQ doesn't even come close to this calibre for their F or J lounges in SIN, which is a mighty disgrace.
