Thanks for the info - seems I'll be going to the hotel directly.
Go to the hotel and hire them a car for pickup.
(I did this on my last arrival- usually just grab a taxi - and for ~$100 it's pretty good. Someone meets you at gate and escorts you all the way to the garage for the waiting car. Possibly worth it if they're not comfortable with language, new city, on minimal sleep).
