Having same issue with no AA flights showing on BA.com. How long do people typically wait on the phone with BA? Seems BA very strenuously discourages phone calls. I've tried in past and been met with a) disconnections and b) long waits of over 30 minutes (then not very helpful staff). Before I waste more precious cell minutes on a long hold time, just curious if this is the norm.
