This question is best asked in the AA "Combined Airline and Program" forum, as Admirals Club now includes the rebranded US Airways Clubs. In particular, there is a "Lounge Dashboard" "sticky" thread there with graphical links to a number of very useful threads. Like this one (click on it):

(Unfortunately, reciprocal Club access between Admirals and Qantas Club members was recently stuffed; one world access works, but Admirals Club member access is only granted if you are flying AA marketed flights / codeshares operated by QF. Deplorable, IMO.)
