Data Point:

The last two evenings here in HNL, I was able to quickly grab awards that posted at 2:30 AM and 3:30 AM EST. I was constantly monitoring throughout the day, and the awards only populated at the stated times. For the 3:30 AM award, I got business on LH coupled with GF on UA. The next evening at 2:30 AM, I was able to add my domestic connection (Econ) back to HNL.

Curiously, for the domestic connection back to HNL, shortly after I grabbed it, all of the other awards to HNL disappeared on all of the other flights.
