Is ba.com currently broken for checking / making Avios bookings ?
With all the chatter about locked accounts etc. I just wanted to check ...
I can't access any of my bookings through my EC account, or through Mrs FF99's account (they were booked on my account but she is also a pax on most of the bookings) and I get an error message trying to check Avios availability on both accounts. Even trying to check a booking for which I got a pre flight services email this morning, through the link in the e-mail, does not work, although it did this morning. However, I can check bookings through checkmybooking.com
I can see no reason why there should be a problem with either account, and I can log into both without problem, so I am hoping this is just a temporary systems blip. Is anyone else having the same problem ?
