You have posted on past experiences, and the results have been the same. There is no magic email, phone # or contact person that will address your concerns and act upon it immediately, nothing has changed.
You mentioned that you wanted your 3 500 miles stickies due to the subpar premium product experience, that is the compensation you are seeking, that is what you need to ask for. Will you get it, I doubt it, but you would not know if you don't ask.
