flightaware shows that FR813 has always been pretty much on time, except on 21 June, when it did not arrive till 14:17 (!). This illustrates the potential risk when using separate tickets. The more padding, the lower the risk, but on 21 June even 4 hours would not have been enough... The 11:35 departure would have been fine every other day.
