I stick with the old solid "b" version as it easily handles any of my cable modem bps speeds, and I posess both Dlink and Belkin cards (I prefer the Dlink).

My few problems were handled by downloading and installing the latest drivers from the manufacturs web site.

Never, repeat, NEVER use the totally outdated CD that comes with the cards. Destroy it before beginning any 802.11x installation.
