Like several others reporting in this thread, I was (once again) stymied in my efforts to load ReloadIt packs to my safe. I was asked to verify my device via an e-mail link that never came. I called ReloadIt and was told that the system was (once again) down for repairs and, while an exact time of restored service was not available, they had been assured that it would be up and running Monday.

Google led me here, and I started to lose faith that I'd ever recover the funds associated with those packs.

I thought I'd try the number on my T-Mobile Visa, as that's where the ReloadIt funds were to be deposited (and afterwards offloaded via Bill Pay).

They were great.

The initial call yielded a second level "ticket" and the second rep deposited the funds directly into the T-Mobile debit card.

The first rep had suggested changing the method for loading the debit card, but the second rep said that, while the ReloadIt site is down, they'd be happy to load the packs directly, just like we did tonight.

They were really nice and very helpful.
YMMV, but worth a try IMHO.
