Other than having to haul luggage, if that's an issue, the bus between the two airports is quick(ish) and smooth. I suppose there could be a traffic delay, but there's some padding in their schedule, and, while I've only done the bus between HND and NRT once, the busses I frequently take between Yokohama and HND/NRT have always arrived on time, if not early.

While a bus doesn't sound as nice as flying, less than an hour on a bus with next to no wait time is surely easier than an extra flight. (It's not like transiting between airports in NYC.)
