Yesterday I encountered the new POS for the first time in San Francisco, and had to go to three different cashiers before a successful load. None of them knew how to do it already. The first one just said go straight to CS, the second one just kept swiping again and again and wouldn't take my K8 suggestion, and the third one hit K8 when I suggested it and I finally got it loaded.

Later in the evening in Seattle I loaded again and had an odd experience where the POS looked like the new one, including the K8 menu item, but the cashier was able to load without hitting K8.
