I don't want miles (though I would appreciate getting my 3 x 500 mile tickets back).

My concerns are:

i) The disabled passengers were really treated shabbily. Staff were very reluctant to help them hence the delay in boarding them.

ii) The first officer completely missed significant damage to the aircraft. Only found when the maintenance tried to manually start the engine. Essentially the flap on the door hadn't been closed the previous flight and rattled along causing damage to parts of the engine exterior.

iii) The lack of meal in first class I think is an issue since we weren't told till after we boarded and the door closed that there was no food. Its more a communication issue that the lack of food. If they had just told us in the hour we were waiting to board we could have bought food.

So I don't want miles but wanted to communicate these concerns to management.

I have come to despise this suck it up attitude. Disabled people should not have to suck it up. Safety issues should have not be sucked up etc.
