I would rather AC take the time and provide "chilled Drappier" ,cleaner pods, more and better wine selection. A limo ride is 5 minutes or less. My flight is 8 hours
Just saying it would be nice to try it out.
What I really want is empowered concierges who actually don't have to be so secretive in the things they do so that an audit trail doesn't expose the fact that they actually and genuinely helped me when I really and truly needed (which is once in a blue moon).
