I was just wondering, if I shoud or should not include a title in my name row during a retro claim request? I mean when a boarding pass states SMITH JOHNMR (or JOHN MR), should I fill it the same way during the retro claim? And what about the flight numbers? XY0000 or just the very same number as is on the boarding pass? Any other useful tips how to make your claim as much correct as possible?
