I will be soon flying with BA from London to San Francisco. (BA287)
Their seat reservation policy says that you can choose your seat 24 hours prior to departure.
Someone has done it before? Are there any available seats for a couple?

Prebook is pricey - about 120$ for twin seat in the second floor.
